He began his singing studies in 1999 at the Professional Conservatory of Music while continuing his studies in Music Pedagogy at the University of Murcia (Spain), where he came from. In 2001, he was admitted to the Singing class at the CNR in Toulouse, where he obtained the unanimous mention prize very well in 2005. A year later, he finished his professional studies at CESMD (Center d'Etudes Supérieures Musique et Danse ) and at the Department of Early Music of the CNR of Toulouse. During his studies Antonio Guirao Valverde benefited from the teaching of Jacques Schwarz, Isabelle Desroches, Mady Mesplé, Jérôme Correas, Gabriel Bacquier and Jean-Paul Fouchécourt. As a soloist, he performs with the Baroque Ensemble of Toulouse, the Passions Orchestra (Dir. Jean-Marc Andrieu) and the Toulouse Chamber Orchestra (Dir. Gilles Colliard).

He is a founding member of the vocal ensemble Il Canto d'Ariane. He is also part of the Les Elements Choir directed by Joël Suhubiette and the Scandicus ensemble.

In addition to his activity as an interpreter, he was a song teacher at the Departmental Radiation Conservatory of Aveyron for many years and at the Toulouse Conservatory. He teaches vocal technique in numerous choral workshops in the south of France.
